Getting From Central Stellenbosch to Cloetesville

Cloetesville is about 3 kilometres from the middle of town. Most days that’s 5 to 10 minutes in the truck.

The route is easy. We head north up Bird Street (that’s the R304) and turn into Cloetesville well before the road carries on out towards Koelenhof.

When to Start

Start early. The R304 fills up with commuters on weekday mornings and again in the late afternoon. We’d rather be loaded and rolling before that.

Parking at Your Gate

The truck needs to stop as close to your gate as possible. If your street is narrow, ask your neighbours the day before to keep their cars off the pavement outside your house. It saves a long walk down the road with a fridge.
